Lebanese Army Warns Against Actions Endangering National Security
🇱🇧📮 The Lebanese Army Command has issued a strong warning amid the country’s current exceptional challenges, including continued Israeli violations of national sovereignty and an increasingly fragile security situation. According to the statement released by the Directorate of Orientation, certain individuals have been using social media to call for protest movements and share fabricated videos aimed at inciting tension among citizens.
The Army cautioned against engaging in uncalculated actions that could jeopardize Lebanon’s security. While reaffirming its respect for the right to peaceful expression, the military stressed it will not tolerate any breach of public order, threats to civil peace, road blockages, or damage to public and private property.
The statement urged all citizens and political factions to act responsibly, maintain unity, and strengthen solidarity during this difficult period in order to overcome the serious risks facing the country.
